Corrine moved up to the PR staff, she didn't leave.
PH: I hear you and I understand -- at least at some level -- your frustration. Though I'm not really directly involved in that department, I suppose our policies are a little flexible. Consider this, though: Replacing figures is ultimately not our responsibility. It's a retail responsibility.
If you go to WalMart and buy a bad package of batteries, do you call Duracell? No, you take it back to Wallyworld and get a replacement.
With that said, we do replace people's figures on occasion when we're able as a service to our collectors. I take the view that it's going the extra mile, even though the procedure may be somewhat inconsistent.
Hope this helps.

Dion I fully agree with you, and that we sometimes do go over the top, (me guilty of this).
However if the stores are to replace them, it would great if McFarlane could make them understand that.
Diamond comic shops worldwide hardly ever replace figures unless they were damaged during thier shipping.

Oh and while I'm here, try Mattel's or Hasbro's CS, then you'll stop complaining about McFarlane's CS.
